Morning everyone and welcome back to us here at the Paper Shelter. Hope you are ready for a new challenge with us. The chosen theme for the challenge is

Anything goes

Different from our other challenges is that we won't be doing any commenting unless we feel like it. And you can only enter two projects of yours for this challenge. Also the challenge will run for two weeks, as we are giving both our teams some summer vacation that they have really earned. :) Just as always we will have our normal gift voucher up for grabs if you play with our Paper Shelter  products. It's worth $30. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning three digis of your choice.

A winner from last weeks "Clean and simple" challenge is also needed. This weeks lucky winner of the TPS challenge is

Well done and congratulations Alyce if you like to click
on the email elf in the left hand side bar it will give you
the email address you need to contact to receive your
prize of 3 digis and please can you but Challenge #120 in the
subject line to allow Veronica to sort your prize as quick
as possible.

And as always our very generous sponsors are Veronica and Pedro of The Paper Shelter and they are offering you a fabulous prize of $30.

But as always it does come with the usual stipulations that you must have used one of their products on your card, and even if you haven't they will still give you 3 digi images of your own choice.  There is also a second rule that you are only allowed to enter 3 cards into this Challenge and one of those must carry one of The Paper Shelter products, please dont forget or you will have the extra cards removed. And believe me when I tell you their images, papers and printables are being added to every week so you will find a fabulous choice there if you like to go and browse their website The Paper Shelter here.

And now for some brilliant news all my Design Team are here to play this week, even though Carol is away enjoying herself in the United States she has left us a card to add to the Challenge Post, so thank you Carol for thinking of us and do have a exciting time. And also I want to welcome back Judith who was away on holiday for the last challenge and a very special welcome back to Janie, who has especially been through a horrible time recently so welcome back love, its wonderful having you back on the Team. And I have one more special thank you to Patty Sue, who has brilliantly been adding her cards to the DT even though she has been coping with a plaster cast on her arm for the last few weeks, which carnt have been a easy task. Hope it wont belong before you get rid of it Patty and thank you.
Here are the stunning cards the girls have made Im sure you will be thoroughly impressed with them.

You have to agree the Design Team have done you and me proud thank you girls for all your hard work, and I hope that they will have inspired you to take part in this weeks "Clean and Simple" Challenge.

Challenge #120 Swirly Girly

Hi and welcome back to the Paper Shelter Challenges. Hope you are all doing fine and that you have a wonderful week. Schools out since a few weeks here in Sweden and vacations is in full bloom. So when most people wants heat and sun, I want a little colder and maybe a day or two of rain so that I can spend some time in the craft room, "legally" how to speak. LoL

This weeks theme is set to
" Swirly Girly"
That is as simple as it sounds. Make a card, at atleast one swirl to your card and make it for a girl/female. Let it show it's for a lady, you know girly stuff pearls, flowers, lace etc.

Last weeks challenge really did challenge you as there wasn't that many that played along. But the ones who played with us had some awsome creations to show. Well done! But we always have a winner and so we do this week. The lucky number that is drawn by Mr Random this week is

(sorry I forgot to copy and paste the random drawing before closing the Random.org page, won't happen again...until I forget next time. ;) Sorry once again)

Congratulations to you! Please contact the Paper Shelter by clicking the E-mail elf to the left. He takes you to the Shelter. Please write winner Challenge #119 in the subject line to speed things up and claim your winnings of three digis of your choice.

The gift voucher

Just like JoAnn  you have the chance of winning a gift voucher worth $30 in the Paper Shelter store playing with our brand. Playing with another brand gives you a chance of winning three digis of your choice. How lucky you are to have a chance at this prize.

My team has been wonderful as always and made some stunners for you to take inspiration from. As always I ask you to leave them some love for their hard work. They all have some wonderful blogs filled with tons of inspiration for you all to look at. Please do come on and play with us this week!

Love n hugs
Marie and the B(est) team

Challenge #119 - "Photo Inspiration"

Good Morning Crafters, wow you certainly enjoyed last weeks Challenge of "Buttons and Brads" and I sincerely hope you are going to equally enjoy this weeks "Photo Inspiration" one, I will post a photo and all you have to do is pick the colours from it to colour your image with, not to difficult I hope and here is the photo.

Lots of lovely pinks, purples, greens, red, brown and beige, I hope you will be able to find something in it to use. I must also add this is not my garden, but I wish it was, I love those poppies and the aquilega's and so did my mum to.
But firstly I want to say something about yesterdays problems, The Paper Shelter was accused of copying two images of Sarah Kay, but before I go any further both of them have now been removed from their website and are no longer available to buy, they are "Pretending to be Mother" and "Lets make a Picnic" so if you have them in your digi library Im sorry that you also have been caught up in this problem, there is no reason why you can't still use them for your own benefit but I wouldn't advise you to use them for any Challenges or for sale as you might also be accused of copyright infringement. I do so apologize as I don't think that the owners of The Paper Shelter were aware of this and if you visit the website where this is being debated, it will give you more information and will also give you the answer that Pedro wrote, and you can then draw your own conclusions.

Its a very painful situation and to be honest I feel that a lot of images out there are of similar design and we really dont want to go down the road of picking out other peoples work and accusing them of piracy as well, so I do hope that you will try and forget this sorry situation.
And now that Ive said my bit we want to get back to the winner of last weeks Challenge, and that lucky person who was picked by Randon Org. is:-

Well done and congratulations Astrid if you click on the
email elf in the left hand side bar you will be given
the email address you need to contact to receive your
prize of 3 digi's but please can you add Challenge #118 in
the subject line so that it will make it easier for them
to sort out your prize.

And now back to this weeks prize Veronica and Pedro and offering a fabulous prize of $30

for you to spend on their website, but as always the catch is you must have used one of their products on your card and this can include, images, papers or printables, there is a big selection for you to choose from and you will find them at The Paper Shelter here. But even if you don't they will still give you 3 digi images of your own choice.
We are rather short of Design Team members this week as several of them have or are on holiday at the moment and weren't able to get their cards done in time for this Challenge but I do hope what you do see you will enjoy, and here they are.

Stunning cards girls, thank you so much for all your hard work and your support, I do hope that they have inspired you to take part in this weeks "Photo Inspired" Challenge, and Im now looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
